2023 COMMUNITY BETTER CHALLENGE
In partnership with ParticipACTION's Community Better Challenge and Tyndale St. Georges Community Centre, we delivered a series of tennis sessions in Little Burgundy, Montreal! Over 70 participants were engaged in physical activities for a total of nearly 5000 minutes! Thank you to everyone involved, we hope that you worked up a good sweat - keep active!

2022 COMMUNITY BETTER CHALLENGE
On June 11, 2022, in partnership with ParticipACTION's Community Better Challenge and Teen Haven, we introduced young people to the game of beach volleyball in Montreal! The weather was great and the participants were game! In less than one hour of training, we were playing matches!!! Well done Teen Haven youth. Stay active and we will see you soon!

Change Through Sport (CTS) is proud to present the Keep Up with Rexdale challenge in partnership with the ParticipACTION Community Better Challenge. The Community Better Challenge is a national physical activity initiative that encourages Canadians to get active in search of Canada’s Most Active Community. From June 1 – 30, 2021 ParticipACTION is asking Canadians to get active and track their physical activity minutes in an effort for their community to be recognized as one that champions active living.
